Scope of this policy
It explains what data may be processed when you visit the site, use search or the tools directory, run a tool, or submit a support ticket. Some Worlds operate on independent subdomains, but a link to this policy means these principles apply to the Ali Hub experience in that World, along with any tool-specific notice.
The platform may lead to external sites or services that Ali Hub does not operate. This policy does not cover their practices, so review the external service's privacy policy before providing it with data.
Information you provide
Do not put passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment data, customer records, or sensitive health or financial information in a tool, search field, or support message unless the service is expressly designed for it and gives you an appropriate notice.
- Tool inputs: numbers, text, links, code, and options you provide to obtain a result.
- Files: files you choose to upload or process in a file-capable tool, and the technical information needed to perform the operation.
- Search: the words you enter to find a tool, category, or World.
- Support: name, email, subject, problem description, page URL, and any details or attachments you choose to send.
- Preferences: language and choices related to consent or display when available.
Technical and usage data
This may include a network address or an identifier derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, language, requested page, request time, referring page, response status, usage events, and technical errors. Processing this data does not mean we directly know a visitor's identity.
This information is used to operate the site, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, diagnose failures, measure performance, and improve the ordering of content and tools. Hosting and protection services may record their own technical logs under their settings and policies.
How we use data
Data is used only as needed to provide the service you requested and operate the platform safely and clearly.
- Perform the tool's function and show the result or create the requested file.
- Display the interface in your chosen language and remember certain preferences.
- Match search words with suitable tools, categories, and Worlds.
- Receive a support ticket, send a receipt, follow up on the problem, and reply.
- Protect the platform from harmful automated requests and unauthorized-access attempts.
- Detect errors and improve speed, usability, and content quality.
- Measure page and tool use and display permitted advertising or commercial links.
Tool and file processing
Read the tool description and messages before use, and do not assume that all processing is local or that every file leaves the device. When a tool requires a network connection, the data necessary to perform the function is transmitted over the available connection. Links or external resources may require contacting the party that hosts them.
We recommend using a redacted copy and keeping the original. After receiving the result, verify it and save it in an appropriate location. Do not use public tools as permanent file storage or as a replacement for an enterprise document-management system.
If the nature of a file prevents you from sharing it with an online service, do not upload it until you have confirmed how the tool processes it and whether that method meets your requirements.
Support and email communication
A ticket record may include contact data, subject, description, related World or workspace, page URL, ticket status, follow-up messages, and operational events. The email you enter is used to send the receipt and ticket-related replies.
Help Center messages are sent through the [email protected] account and its connected Zoho Mail service. Ticket data and operational messages may be stored in Ali Hub infrastructure and hosting services needed to manage the case and avoid losing the follow-up. Do not send information the support team does not need to solve the problem.
Cookies and language preference
The language preference is saved in the `ali_hub_locale` cookie so pages appear in the appropriate language when you return. Consent, analytics, or advertising tools may use similar technologies depending on region and available choices. You can delete or block cookies in browser settings, but some preferences or functions may return to their defaults.
The platform resolves language first from the locale in the page URL, then the saved language preference, then the browser language, and finally English when no other choice is available.
Analytics, advertising, and commercial links
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand visits, events, and performance and identify patterns and problems. Google AdSense is used to display ads when enabled on a page. Google may process identifiers and technical data under consent settings and its policies, not under this policy alone.
Some pages may display affiliate links or third-party offers. Opening a link takes you to the external party, and a referral identifier may be used to calculate a commission without increasing your price under the offer. Review the displayed disclosure and the external party's policy before proceeding.
Consent choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, certain choices can be managed through Google Privacy & Messaging when the message appears. The message and choices may differ in other regions. You can also control cookies through the browser and relevant third-party account settings.
Service providers and third parties
Relevant categories include hosting, content-delivery, and abuse-protection services; email and support services; analytics and advertising; and providers of external links or content you choose to open. Services currently used include Cloudflare to deliver and protect parts of the platform, Zoho Mail for support email, and Google services for analytics, advertising, and consent where applicable.
Each party handles data according to its role, settings, and terms. We do not grant a third party a general right to use the contents of your files for any purpose; transfers are limited to what the function or service you use requires, while external sites you open remain subject to their independent policies.
Retention and deletion
Support records and follow-up messages may remain while needed to handle the ticket, preserve response context, prevent abuse, and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. Hosting, analytics, and email services may retain logs under their own settings and periods.
Public tools are not intended as permanent storage for your files. Keep your own copy and do not rely on being able to recover an input or output later. To ask about data linked to a support ticket, use the same email and reference number so we can verify the request.
Security and its limits
No method of Internet transmission or storage is completely risk-free. You are also responsible for protecting your device, browser, and email; using redacted files; not sharing secrets; and checking the site address before entering data.
If you suspect a security problem or unintended access to data you sent, contact [email protected] promptly and state the time, URL, and nature of the problem without sending the secret again.
Your choices and privacy requests
Exact legal rights depend on where you live and the applicable law, and we may need to verify identity and protect other people's rights before acting on a request. Send the request to [email protected] and do not attach sensitive documents unless we ask for an appropriate verification method.
- Use public pages without creating an account when the service is available that way.
- Change the language or delete its preference from browser data.
- Use available consent tools to manage analytics and advertising choices where shown.
- Ask about, correct, or delete support data that can be linked to you, providing enough information to verify the request.
- Contact us if you want to object or ask about specific processing.
Children's privacy
If a user is below the age at which they can consent to processing in their country, they must use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A child's name, address, school, health information, or identifying file should not be sent through public tools or support without a necessary and appropriate basis.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent personal data to the Help Center, contact us from the email associated with the request and explain the issue so we can review it.
Changes and contact
The updated version is published on this page, and continued use after publication is subject to the version in effect at the time of use. When a change materially affects how data is processed, an additional notice may appear on the relevant page or tool.
For a privacy question or a request concerning your data, contact [email protected]. Include the page, tool, or ticket reference number, and do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment data.
